Das Bremer Bündnis gegen Rechts ruft für diesen Sonntag den 04. Februar zu einer Demon
stration auf. Sie startet um 12.05 Uhr auf dem Leibnitzsplatz zieht über die Wilhelm-Kaisen-Brücke in die Innenstadt. Das ursprüngliche Datum sowie die Route mussten leider kurzfristig geändert werden (ursprünglich war Samstag und der Start am Domshof geplant). Teilt den Aufruf, erzählt anderen davon und kommt selber dahin!

Lasst uns weiter auf die Straße gehen, damit auf unseren Protest echte Veränderungen folgen.
Für viele von uns war die Erfahrung, gemeinsam mit bis zu 70.000 anderen auf die Straße gegen Rechts zu gehen eine Erfahrung, die uns Mut gemacht hat, dass wir dem gesellschaftlichen Rechtsruck etwas entgegensetzen können. Aber auf unsere Demonstrationen sind noch keine echten Veränderungen in Richtung einer solidarischeren Gesellschaft gefolgt, wie ein Bleiberecht für alle oder Löhne, Mieten und Sozialleistungen, mit denen ein gutes Leben möglich wäre. Deshalb muss es weiter gehen!”

The Bremer Alliance Against Right-Wing Politics is inviting people to a demonstration this Sunday.
Unfortunately, the original date and route had to be changed at short notice.
We start at 12:05 at Leibnizplatz and cross the Wilhelm-Kaisen-Bridge through the city center. Our final gathering will take place on Domshof. Since we’re expecting a lot of people, there will be some road closures. Buntentorsteinweg will be closed all the way to Osterstraße, as well as the entire Osterstraße. There will also be disruptions to both tram and private transportation.

“Because being loud once is not enough! Let’s continue to take to the streets so that our protests are followed by real change. For many of us, the experience of taking to the streets against the rise of the right with up to 70,000 others was an experience that gave us courage and showed us that we can do something to counter the social shift to the right. But our demonstrations have not yet been followed by any real changes towards a society based on solidarity, such as a right to permanent residence for all or wages, rents and social benefits that would make a good life possible. That’s why we must continue!”
In addition to music and moderation, there will be a number of short speeches during the demonstration. Just like the demonstration two weeks ago, we have tried to ensure that voices which are otherwise not or hardly ever represented in public are heard.
